Right of withdrawal and return requests
Before completing the form
Please read our Terms and Conditions, particularly sections 15 to 19. For standard configurations purchased at a distance, a consumer Customer may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery and then has a further 14 days to return the product. The direct return costs, packaging and arrangement of return transport are the Customer’s responsibility. Withdrawal may be excluded for genuinely made-to-measure or clearly customized products. Rights relating to defective or non-conforming products always remain unaffected.
